Harvest Festival

I'm excited about doing the harvest festival at Dollywood again this year. This will be our third year participating as crafters. I have a booth with my mom, sister, sister-in-law, and mom's friend. Mom is up there the whole month, and the rest of us come up when we can on weekends to help out. Its always fun, I love being able to display my knitted creations and see people's appreciation of hand crafts. My best seller for the last two years has been my pumpkin hats, so I'm trying to make sure I make a ton of those. I'm also trying to work on some new things, I like to have variety. I think we'll be inside the building again this year, it use to be a restaurant. The first year we had a regular booth, but last year we managed to secure the former restaurant. It looked like a shop and I think many people thought it was a new store and didn't realize that we were crafters. One man made a comment about me being able to bring my son to work, apparently thinking I was an employee. Last year we had a name tag for my 4 year old son, he made for a cute little salesman.
